Lodging & Meals
Accomodations at OutlawRidge will be uniquely inviting with a rustic cowboy flair.
The barn will have three loft guest rooms and a small library.  The area connecting the barn
and main ranch house will consist of one lower, handicapped accessible guest room and also the
meeting/dining areas.  Rooms will have queen, double and/or twin sized beds with some having bunkbeds.  
Most rooms will have a private bath.  Full guest capacity will be twelve.
Counter
Two home cooked meals, lunch and dinner, will be served daily,
Monday through Friday.  Self-serve breakfast items at your own pace.
Saturday and Sunday, brunch and dinner are served.  

All meals will be prepared using organic and/or home grown natural ingredients.  
We utilize free-range chickens for egg production and garden organically.  

Coconut Oil and Coconut Flour will be used in much of our home cooking and home baked goods,

click here) as is natural sweeteners
such as Stevia.  Jams and Jellies are made and purchased locally.

Beef will be supplied by locally bred and naturally raised, grass-fed choice Black Angus.

Other fresh produce, condiments, and ingredients are ordered through a
Christian based, organic food supplier.  Beverages and snacks are always available.

If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us
several weeks before your visit so that we may accommodate you properly.
It can take up to five weeks for delivery of some ingredients used in meals.
